Laundry
Laundry
Pickup, plant processing and delivery with every garment individually tracked.
Laundry is a logistics business with a custody problem. Items leave the customer, pass through a processing plant, mix with hundreds of other orders, and must return complete - and a single lost garment costs more in goodwill than the order was worth.
We build laundry and dry cleaning platforms with item-level tracking, plant workflow and route operations built for businesses running real volume.
What we build for Laundry businesses
- Pickup and delivery scheduling - Slot booking, recurring collections, route planning and live driver tracking.
- Item-level tracking - Barcode or RFID tagging from collection through processing to return, with custody at every stage.
- Plant and processing workflow - Sorting, treatment routing, stain and damage flagging, quality control and packing.
- Pricing and service types - Per-item, per-kilo, express and subscription pricing with garment-specific treatment rules.
- Subscription plans - Recurring allowances, household plans and corporate contracts with automated billing.
- B2B and commercial accounts - Hotel, restaurant and healthcare linen contracts with volume pricing and consolidated invoicing.
Why Laundry teams choose Prophecius
- Lost items become rare - Item-level custody makes every garment traceable to a stage, operator and time.
- Route efficiency - Combined pickup and delivery routing raises stops per hour and cuts the cost that dominates the model.
- Predictable revenue - Subscription and recurring collection convert sporadic orders into a stable base.
- Retail and commercial together - Consumer orders and commercial linen contracts processed through one plant workflow.
Laundry questions we are asked most
How does item-level tracking work in practice?
Each garment is tagged at collection - barcode for lower volumes, RFID where throughput justifies it. Every stage scans, building a custody record. When a customer queries a missing item, you can identify exactly where it was last seen rather than searching the plant.
Can it manage both consumer and commercial contracts?
Yes. Commercial linen work needs contract pricing, scheduled bulk collection and consolidated invoicing, while consumer orders need slot booking and per-item pricing. Both route through the same plant workflow with different commercial terms.
Do you support express and same-day service?
Yes. Service levels drive routing priority and plant sequencing, so express orders are physically prioritised through processing rather than merely flagged and hoped for.
