ERP software development by Prophecius

Operational software that matches your business, not a template your business must match.

ERP implementations fail predictably: the package cannot express how the business really works, so the business is reshaped around the package, and the change management bill dwarfs the licence.

We build ERP modules and full systems around existing operational reality - finance, inventory, procurement, production and people - and integrate rather than replace where an incumbent system already works.

What we build for ERP businesses

  • Finance and accounting - Ledger, receivables, payables, multi-currency, tax handling and period close aligned to your reporting obligations.
  • Inventory and warehousing - Multi-location stock, batch and serial tracking, valuation methods and reorder automation.
  • Procurement - Requisitions, approval chains, purchase orders, supplier records and goods-received matching.
  • Manufacturing and production - Bills of material, work orders, capacity planning, shop-floor tracking and cost roll-up.
  • HR and workforce - Employee records, attendance, shift scheduling, leave and payroll integration.
  • Reporting and BI - Operational and financial dashboards fed by one consistent data model rather than reconciled exports.

Why ERP teams choose Prophecius

  • Fits your operation - Processes that are genuinely your competitive advantage stop being flattened into a vendor template.
  • Modular adoption - Replace the module causing pain first and integrate with the rest, instead of a single high-risk cutover.
  • One source of truth - Finance, stock and operations reading the same data ends the monthly reconciliation ritual.
  • No licence escalation - Ownership removes per-user and per-module pricing that penalises growth.

ERP questions we are asked most

Is custom ERP realistic, or should we buy a package?

Both are legitimate. If your operations resemble the industry norm, a package configured well is faster and cheaper. Custom earns its cost when your process is a genuine differentiator, or when packages force expensive workarounds across your core workflow.

Can we replace one module at a time?

Yes, and it is usually the sensible path. Start with the module causing most operational pain, integrate it with your incumbent system, prove the pattern, then expand. Big-bang ERP cutovers are where most of the horror stories originate.

How do you handle data migration and reconciliation?

Through staged migration with parallel running and reconciliation reports that prove balances match before cutover. Opening balances, historical transactions and audit trails are validated against the legacy system rather than assumed correct.
