Is custom ERP realistic, or should we buy a package?
Both are legitimate. If your operations resemble the industry norm, a package configured well is faster and cheaper. Custom earns its cost when your process is a genuine differentiator, or when packages force expensive workarounds across your core workflow.
Can we replace one module at a time?
