Elearning
Course delivery, assessment and live teaching in one platform learners finish.
Completion is the metric that matters in online learning, and most platforms quietly ignore it. Content gets uploaded, learners enrol, and the majority never reach the end.
We build learning platforms designed around progression and engagement - for universities, schools, corporate training functions and commercial course businesses selling directly to learners.
What we build for Elearning businesses
- Course authoring and delivery - Structured curricula with video, documents, interactive content, prerequisites and progressive unlocking.
- Live virtual classrooms - Scheduled sessions with breakout rooms, whiteboards, screen sharing, attendance and recording.
- Assessment and proctoring - Quizzes, assignments, question banks, automated grading, plagiarism checks and proctored exams.
- Certification and credentials - Completion tracking, verifiable certificates, CPD points and digital badges.
- Learner analytics - At-risk identification, progress dashboards and cohort comparison for tutors and administrators.
- Monetisation and enrolment - Course sales, subscriptions, cohort intakes, corporate seats, coupons and institutional billing.
Why Elearning teams choose Prophecius
- Completion by design - Progression mechanics, nudges and early at-risk detection attack drop-off rather than reporting it afterwards.
- Any teaching model - Self-paced, cohort-based, blended and live instruction supported without separate systems.
- Standards-aware - SCORM, xAPI and LTI support so existing content and institutional tools continue to work.
- Accessible by default - WCAG-conscious build, captioning and screen-reader support treated as requirements, not retrofits.
Elearning questions we are asked most
Do you support SCORM and existing course content?
Yes. SCORM and xAPI packages play natively, and LTI integration lets the platform sit alongside an existing institutional VLE. Existing content investment does not need discarding to move platform.
How do you handle exam integrity?
Through layered controls: randomised question banks, time limits, lockdown browsing, identity verification and optional live or recorded proctoring. The level applied should match the stakes - heavy proctoring on a formative quiz just irritates learners.
Can it scale to a large simultaneous cohort?
Yes. Video is delivered through CDN, live sessions run on infrastructure that scales horizontally, and assessment load is queued rather than synchronous. Exam day is the peak worth architecting for.
